a. ALL pieces containing earrings CANNOT be returned and resold for HEALTH REASONS. Even if the items are returned packed in their original form.

b. Items can be replaced within three days or returned within one day from the date of purchase incase a manufacturing defect is found provided that the item has not been used and the original invoice is presented.

c. Customized products cannot be replaced or returned.
